Here are some things which would change my mind:
1. A paper is published in a reputable peer reviewed science journal ("Nature" would do) describing a testable god hypothesis and all the supporting empirical evidence.
2. God pays me and my friends a visit (so we know we weren't hallucinating) and then proceeds to perform some awesome tricks that only a god could do: makes time run backwards, rearranges the stars and galaxies to look like anything we like (e.g. Homer Simpson), or gives a personal guided tour of the other side of the universe.
3. If you are a Biblical inerrantist (you think the Bible is inerrant) then you can also do this:

Now your turn: what concrete examples can you give of what would change your mind? Use your imagination: let it run wild! Anything at all? Or are you afraid to even try to think of anything? Are you afraid that if God hears you even trying to imagine such evidence that you'll be declared a enemy of God? Is it "sinful" to even TRY to imagine such things?

Now who has the closed mind again? I can give concrete examples of things that would change my mind, but you can't. It seems your mind is hermetically sealed against all evidence, real or imagined and you have the NERVE to call us "closed minded!"
